KordLaw is a firm consist of attorneys and non-attorney associates that provide our clients varied services through a core legal foundation, as well as business expertise, to navigate through today’s disruptive and challenging environments. 

KordLaw is led by Mr. Harrison Kordestani, who manages the legal, business development, marketing, and public relations teams, and leads this growing team of professionals.  Mr. Kordestani has a strong analytical ability, and is an entrepreneur with a history in funds and financial trading, customer acquisition and management. Finding and developing synergies between his clients and collaborators is his great passion.   He is particularly experienced in public offerings of shares, financial planning and reporting, and has built a strong reputation for advising companies on all transactions. He advises clients in many sectors including mortgage banking, real estate, entertainment, oil and gas, and early stage technologies. 

Kordestani received an LLM in Taxation in 1995 from Boston University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, a JD in 1993 from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, and a BA in 1989 from the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles, California; he was also an MBA candidate at the University of Southern California.  Mr. Kordestani is a member of the bars of the State of California, and State of Maryland, as well as the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Courts in California.  Mr. Kordestani resides in Los Angeles.
